This is defined as a purchaser sorting products or brands into categories, based on their past reviews with that brand (Schmitt, 2012). It is used to avoid confusion, as clients may be crushed whilst comparing one product with an in depth variety of different brands of the identical product (Nenycz-Thiel & Romaniuk, 2016). Categorization helps clients examine the excellent of the product (Catalin & Andreea, 2014).
