Eating healthy & in adequate quantity helps to reduce the physical health problems such as Heart attack, diabetes, blood pressure level, kidney & liver problems. It also helps to get sound sleep & rising-up energy level. Our neuro-system needs a lots of nutrients, vitamins & minerals. If we are taking food in inappropriate and improper balance, our immune system and metabolism system can be suffered. Junk food or unhealthy & undernourished food increases weight or we may suffer from physical diseases such as heart includes heart attack, cardiac arrest etc.
Advancement & Modernized lifestyle leading to stylish outfits, costumes and fabrics. In the same way, Our starvation and bulimia is increasing day by day. Our adolescent become habitual of taking junk food, undernourished and dietary food. Food can act like a medicine - if we take healthy, perspectives nutrition and so on. In the same way, drinking too much alcohol can negatively influence/affect our judgement, concentration & memory also. It increases the chances of stroke, paralysis, tuberculosis; leads to damage our heart, liver & kidney failure.
Healthy, FOOD + DRINKING, can be treated like a therapy and medication maintain stylish lifestyle, prevent disease.
