How does the Family affect/influence our Lifestyle ?


Family, crucially influence our lifestyle on both sides - negatively and positively as well. Having a intimative, inseparable and  chummy family supports emotionally, economic welfare & security and health as well. Social relationships such as, close-relations with family have been indicated and signified to decrease the likelihood on the onset of chronic diseases, disability, mental illness and death. Marriage is particularly has been noticed, it affects the health. It is thought to protect the welfare by providing companionship, emotional support and economic security. It is associated with physical health, psychological welfare and low morality. Marriage produces a net improvement in avoiding the onset of disease, which is called "Primary prevention." Married people is more to avoid risk behavior such as high-drinking, high calorie  food & Married people are more likely to see doctors for regular check-ups and screening.

Negative aspects of Family : 

Problematic and non-supportive families interactions have a negative impact on our health which increases poor quality of relationships includes physical and mental harms. It can be represented as unequal distribution of decision-making and power are associated with the high levels of depression on the part of both spouses. Growing up is an unsupportive, neglectful or violent home is also associated with poor physical health evolving and expanding.

Family power dynamics and gender roles may have negative influence on women's health and their ability to seek health care. In many traditions, for a women to access health care, she must receive permission from her husband, father and mother-in-law and must be accompanied by a make to her appointments.
