  • DIET AND BODY MASS INDEX (BMI) : Lifestyle and Diet are directly related to each other and have positive relationship. Healthy diet results in reduction of weight and helps to conduct stable BMI (Body Mass Index), whereas Poor diet leads to unhealthy diet such as Obesity, Diseases (includes Cardio-vascular problems), deficiency of vitamins & minerals etc., and unstable BMI (Body Mass Index).

  • EXERCISE : Lifestyle has direct relationship with Exercise. Healthy and regular exercise shows beneficial and positive influence/affect to our Lifestyle which consequences to Cheering and active Lifestyle.

  • SLEEP : Lifestyle has direct relationship with Sleep. Sound sleep helps to maintain the healthy and fresh Lifestyle and to take better decisions on the spot. Whereas irregular sleeping patterns and abnormal sleep adversely and negatively influenced/affected to our Lifestyle.

  • SUBSTANCE USE AND ADDICTION : Addiction is inversely related to Lifestyle coz addiction is considered to be unhealthy lifestyle. The addiction habits such as Smoking, alcohol or drugs intake may causes various diseases such as Cardiovascular disease, Asthma, Cancer or Brain Injury. As per records, In Iran, 43% of females and 64% of males are experience the use of hubble-bubble.

  • MEDITATION ABUSE : Meditation Abuse is inversely related to Lifestyle. Unhealthy behavior of using meditation adversely influence/affect to our Lifestyle. Excessive meditation such as prescribing too much drugs, bad-handwriting in prescription really harmful and adverse effect on our Lifestyle.

  • APPLICATION OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES : Modern Technologies are inversely related to our Lifestyle. Exploitation of Modern-Technologies results in unpleasant consequences to our Lifestyle. For-Example : Using of mobiles and other electronic devices leads to abnormal and irregular sleeping patterns. In fact, addiction of mobile devices results in related to depression symptoms.
